Finishing up the school quarter. I went from having absolutely no plan to having a rough idea for the future. See, I feel that food is where my heart is. I hope to end up in culinary school but funding looks dim. I sat down with an advisor at my community college the other day and figured out how to finish up my AA. From there I hope to get a certificate in either Small Business Management or Supervisory Management; this is to help me attain my own restaurant in the future. But it looks like I'll be working Shift Supervisor at Wendy's for awhile.
