You know, in a way I was never as happy as when I was throwing my life completly away. Letting go, losing control. Empty whiskey bottle by my side, loud music (Leonard Cohen, Johnny Cash, Suede, PJ Harvey, Hole) playing to drown out that inner noise. So poisoned I couldn't even move to pour more alcohol into my painted mouth.
