As some of you know, I quit drinking a few months ago, after 10+ years of daily drinking. Beer, of all things. (IKR?! Ew)

So I've been working hard on my diet and sticking to it and working out.

It's been amazing, and I've noticed a crazy difference.

One thing I've noticed, is I go to bed earlier, like by 9-930PM.

Last time I wore this dress, all I could see was rolls, now it's a lot smoother...

granted obvi my tummy is going to take ALOT to get smooth and well work in general, but I've noticed a crazy difference.
