I'd hate to do telemarketing! And yes, Starbucks is definitely one of those corporations; I try not to order anything from them if possible. I prefer one-off coffee shops or smaller franchises. Starbucks has ridiculously low standards for its espresso anyway, although I don't drink espresso -- I'm a soy chai latte kind of girl, and if I'm getting coffee I get a regular dark roast.
