kingston:
i went to see Alice in Wonderland and it was such a disappointment - i hadn't been to the cinema since The Golden Compass and THAT was a let down too, watching films in bed is much much better ... the highlight of the whole experience was at the very end, just as the credits started rolling, i turned around and saw everyone behind wearing the silly 3D glasses and it was hilarious smile
sorry to hear about your troubles though, sucks when people let you down frown

on a brighter note, didn't Brumingham have a tornado once? there's hope for freak weather in the Midlands yet smile
kingston:
hailstones kill it, it's just painful snow

and yes, i agree completely - it wasn't even the story of Alice in Wonderland, i thought it was a complete pharse and i'm not going to bother going to the cinema again in years ... 10! just because it was "the biggest screen in Britain" ... bollocks i say, but nevermind eh :/
kingston:
you really got charged for glasses?! that sucks man, at least the IMAX gave them free....
and haha that's jokes! home cinema all the way :p you get free munch with that too, absolute bonus!
