I am going to start updating more offten. Lets see this post will be very short. I really dont have to much to share this time life is pretty much the same week in and week out for me. I started my own web site of which any of you that read this know about if you dont know about it look at the last couple blogs. Work is still work and well honestly I am sick of working for other people!!! 
I am working on my e-commerce buesness so that I can retire in the next 12 monthes or less. 
My kids are doing great Justin my oldest is doing great, then Jessica my one girl (and the one that is the hardest to raise) is doing well she tried out for track and is doing the shot putt.. 32 ft was her longest putt so far. then Matthew is doing well nothing to much is going on for him untill next year when he goes to Middle school. Then there Little Anthony my 3 year old crazy child. His grampa came over last week and was amazed at how active he is. Hes kind of like the energizer bunny and riccochee rabbit in one! My wife is still loving it to be able to be a stay at home mom. Me i work to much and dont get to spend enugh time with my family. All in all things are well. I hope that all you out there in SG land are well and know that i love all of you.

I am the oldest of 7 and it is fun, fun, fun! Even though we're getting older, we still hang out all the time. Your kids are lucky to come from a large family. Hang in there.

Well~ a lot of it is from skating my entire life. Other than that, I just do abs like everyone else, and concentrate on my posture a lot!
