Sorry ladies, the correct answer is the villian "Mad Dog", played to perfection by the inimitable Philip Kwok in the film "Hard Boiled". Mad Dog is my all time favorite movie villian, followed by the Ghost Face Killer from Mystery of Chess Boxing, Bill the Butcher from Gangs of NY, Frank White from King of NY and Castor Troy from Face/Off.
