I keep seeing articles about people quiting gyms or giving up because on their goals because they were 'intimidated' by others in the gym, it's starting to really piss me off, get in there and get shit done, it's that simple, it has to start somewhere. 90% of the lazy shits that these articles are about are simply looking for an excuse so they can blame someone else for and remove the sense of accountability they should be feeling, people today make me sick, weak and stupid seems to be the new US standard!
brickman:
I started going to the gym last July, I weighed 412 lbs. I was the fattest guy there. I was embarrassed at how big I was but I was determined to make a change instead of another excuse. I found those people who intimidated me, were the first ones to offer me help and to support me when I started to get results. When I weighed in this weekend I was down 80 lbs. Don't be intimidated, don't be weak, don't make excuses, just get it done.
