The request is permanent. I had never heard of the guy, but somehow happened to check his profile before declining him, and his Makes Me Sad field says "Pending Friend Requests." He could take it back at any time, but it's been that way for months.
And though I support the Judy's Canadian Home effort, I prefer to see her stuck in New York where I still have a chance of actually fucking meeting her finally.
I meant to apply to Berkeley and George Washington as well, but I didn't send the applications in. Maryland should have been the easiest in anyway, so I didn't have much of a shot. I'm thinking about law school now anyway, so I don't mind much.
Both of us have tentatively booked that particular week off, but it's still very much open to discussion. Ideally, I would like to be there when you are around if only because I'd otherwise have no idea where the hell to go.
I'll talk to my sis and see what she has to say, and we will certainly keep in touch. We're both really excited at the prospect of going to NYC...and she's already planning to ditch me so that the two of you can go and do stuff without me.

I've heard that JFK is the better airport, but I think that the airline we will probably fly with stops at La Guardia. Are there any half-decent hotels in your neck of the woods?
