I just now read the thread and article about the Cincinnati girl who was sent home for showing cleavage. How difficult is it to follow school policy? It wasn't as if the school said "No revealing clothing", which then, in a way, I could understand how two different parties' interpretation of the word "revealing" could make the whole thing a big issue, but, the guidelines clearly stated "no show of cleavage." And I've always had big boobs myself, but when I was in 8th grade, I wore things that did not showcase my cleavage. There's no reason for it. And saying that you can't find anything to wear that won't show it, or that it's impossible to find flattering clothes that actually fit, is a poor excuse, I think. Could the girl not have tried shopping in a few more stores? Could she not have ordered something online? Could she not have worn something complimentary over the dress? Is it so hard? Her mother saying, "There's cleavage, but when you're as big as Dannielle, there's going to be cleavage....There's nothing I can do about that." is just lame. There's no battle here. If the school had specifically said, "Students must wear black clothing only" and the girl wore a white dress, you'd have called her stupid.

In other news, I just finished watching In the Bedroom. I thought it was going to be different. Oh well. It was boring. You know what else I thought was boring? The Triplets of Belleville. I couldn't take it after awhile. I'd like to hear what other people think of it, and why they liked it. I suppose I missed the point.

I met some of Rob's friends last night, and I had a good time, even though I had to pee the whole night and wanted some aspirin. While we were walking around Brooklyn, I saw Rachel from the Real World: Back to New York. Haha.

PS--I happen to really enjoy Rob's company.

(and I like him tremendously.)
