i swear, i could make a fortune being a weatherman here. "it's going to be chilly today, with a 30% chance of depression among everyone". crappy weather state.

in other news....ok, there hasn't really been much going on. i admire people that can keep me amused through their journal ramblings. seems like some of these people really LIVE. like the beautiful Shayne. that's a girlie with her crap together. me, i just like to go out, party, work on my car, rinse and repeat.

so speaking of the car, it's going in to get it's brakes upgraded next weekend. going fast is nice, but stopping well short of an accident is fucking priceless! in case anyone missed it, here's another shot at my lovely lady:


a person asked why i love cars so much. it's simple.
cars never let me down! you work on them, fix them, take care of them, and they will perform for you each and every time. my car has a soul, because i gave it part of mine!

with all that said, i'm not so deep into my cars that i prefer them over people. i was obsessive about one of my first cars. didn't let anyone drive it, washed it twice a week, waxed in once a month, and generally hated everything outside of my car. that was a complete waste of time. i wrecked that car, and was devestated. probably would've killed myself for destroying that. but the strangest thing happened. i wrecked my car, and fell in love. finally got the clue that there was something beyond the mechanical. and i'm better off for it!

well, i'm off like a prom dress....late!
