I smoke and it sucks they are trying to pull that shit in virginia... I swear this government and local politics makes me wonder what kinda sysytem we are actually living in cause democracy doesnt seem to be justified in some states.. They are even trying to ban tattoo artists here. ugh. Im going to move to france and be all Johnny Depp like.

allready got screwed by it in SA .....
they hit it hard when the ban was passed but when bars were losing business from smokers goin else where .... more and more are becoming smoking .... it'll pass .... I hope

Yeah, I am a smoker..one who needs to quit but don't we all.

As a non-smoker with lots of smoker friends, I have to say, I live in a state where smoking in public places has been banned for years, and I've never known anyone to not go out just because they'll have to step outside for a few moments to smoke.

We have nightlife and breathable air here!
