here is short list of stuff i did with my hands today:
- made food and put it in my mouth
- washed up + got dressed
- lifted heavy things
- petted my cat
- installed a motherboard
- replaced a bulb for my left rear turn signal
- typed this journal entry
conciousness + opposable thumbs are #1.
i really need to get some things done for this impending road trip. i am being slack again.

I just got onto a train of thought the other day which led to all the things that I really don't want to think about. It made me all blah-ish until today when I finally broke down and cried and talked about it. Feeling a lot better now. Thanks for your concern.
