Have a great time at the fundraiser! Considering all of the hard work that you've put into school in recent times, you clearly deserve to have fun on Sunday. I'll admit that I'm a tad envious, but I'm also looking quite forward to my friend's visit. I hope that it isn't too insane for her to drive here tomorrow.
I'm taking US history, anthro, and yoga. The first two are killing me mentally, the other, physically. Hopefully it won't be too bad over the last few months...
good night and sleep well! i have been meaning to send you a thank you for your words and support during current "life" stuff - I am on my way out - but wanted to say thank you and I think I shall send a proper email to you!
Well i'm glad that everything is going swell with school! And i don't think you should be hard on yourself, especially if your getting A's!!! I know you'll do AMAZING! And i'm glad i could make you smile with my blog! hahaa i'm just a huge geek in general!
Shinryuken is an AMAZING artist HEY?!?!?!
Anyways, have a wonderful weekend honey!
Yes, I tend to get myself into ALL sorts of trouble procrastinatig. One day I'll of the motivation to do my work! One day I'll be a good student! One day I'll get my house in order! One day... meh whatever
I was able to get an extension on my paper due tuesday, and I was able to get the other ones in on time for Friday.
The girlfriend thing is a little bit of a shock to the system but i think like most things it takes time to adjust.
My sleeping is currently terrible, i think my brain is too active and never discusses with me what is making it so active. I think i need to find some resolution in various areas of my life ie. the job front before i can start to get my shit together. I find that even when there isn't much going on in my life i still have trouble getting a nights sleep but the three hours or so feel a lot more refreshing.
As far as I know, I don't inspire most people to shut down all of their conversational skills, but, if I do for you, please feel free to stand up, boldly state "I grow weary of you" and walk away rapidly. Oh, but, wait---in addition to paralysing silence, surreptitious masturbation is *out*? How do you expect the time to be filled?!
Does the Sun-Yat Sen Garden hold any appeal for you? Also, we're angling for Little India and food at a particular restaurant downtown. Yes, I know that you're not an herbivore, but could we convince you to try this place? Pleeeeeeeeeeease.
How was the event last night? I'm so bummed we couldn't go! But I'm looking forward to meeting you in March, and hopefully eating some Slovakian food.
I think we've seen most of the main sights in Vancouver, is there someplace awesome that you know about, that nobody should miss? Tell us your secret, ultra cool and fabulous place!

Finally - free time to actually write back! Two weeks left of finals - yay you! What are you studying? I had a lovely birthday! It's kind of cool this year - my boyfriend had a jiu-jitsu tournament so I got to go play corner girl, but it was actually alot of fun and he did really well so it was a good day. Then a really nice dinner and he gave me a certificate to get some more work done on my sleeve in progress. Nice day for me and I got a chance to see my sister (she's undergoing tx for breast cancer and lives about three hours away) But - she was at my mum's and that was nice to visit with her.
My small human is almost 13 he will be in June anyway if he lives that long! I am so in love with him and have so much gratitude to be his mum. I never thought of myself as a mum, but I can't imagine not being his mum (if that makes sense).
I love what you said about swimming, it is that sort of feeling of flight and being weightless...We have a pool on campus and I try to swim once or twice a week, it clears my head...I hope you are well and have a great time watching people get nekkid!
