Today, I spent five hours at work---not really working, mind you, but pretty much just putting in time in order to get a comp day for later in the week. Ahh, me and my Puritan work ethic.

It's funny when you ride a bike, your mind wanders and you do start to reflect on things, more than you would say, while you were driving. Well, I know I do anyway!

It's been really nice in the AZ lately too. I've barely had to even wear a sweatshirt. What kind of bike are you sporting?

I *almost* made that recipe this weekend, but
1. I realized it has ginger in it, which I missed on the first read through, yuck, do you think I can safely leave it out without compromising the taste? I really wish I liked ginger, but I really don't. And...
2. my black bean sauce doesn't have an expiration date on it, but I'm pretty sure it's expired. I need to buy a new jar.

Yeah, Orange is pretty great. It sort of sums up why it's one of my favorites. It's just fun. Beige is also a pretty funny track, actually.

Thank you on the painting. I have a lot of really good memories of Ewa. She's a great person, and even though I didn't capture everything about her that I wanted to, I still think it came out okay.
