Oh my! Twice baked potatoes are just about the best thing ever. You bake a potato like normal, and then when it's done, you take it out of the oven, scoop out the inside and mix it with cheddar cheese (or whatever kind you like, really), and usually bacon and then fill the skins back up and put them back in the oven for a few minutes. Delicious.

I have to go to two Thanksgivings this year, so I'll definitely eat some turkey for you.
