I have a wierd sleep pattern due to work too. I work 1800 - 0600 so I sleep during the day. Then I switch from day shift to night shift every two months. So basically, my body doesn't know when it's supposed to sleep.

High school for me was very bad. Intelligence was not exactly admired amongst my peers, and I was extremely shy. Mix that with a bad home environment, and I admit I was miserable. Those times are passed. Now I'm a full fledged nut
