Yeah, there's a good reason why this is called like this.
I don't know if i'm the only one that has this habit, but every time that I go to the bathroom, I tend to start talking to myself about random shit. I ramble about politics, religion and sometimes about stupid things like "why I don't like midget porn" or "Is that bowl of pasta still at the fridge?"
It's kinda like the same thing I do here, so I'm going to start calling this place "The Toilet Talk".
