I'm constantly reminded that I'm wasting my time in Delaware. For 7 years, friends have tried to talk me into moving with them to Guam, Hawaii, Florida, SC, CA, etc. but things never quite worked out. Well, now a few opportunities have presented themselves. The two that have really peaked my interest are Boston and Anchorage.
I'm an outdoor person and my friends in AK have been persuading me to move out there. They've even offered me a place to stay until I get on my feet. But another friend of mine came into a bit of money and is looking to start a band in Boston. If I agree to be his lead guitarist/bassist/keyboardist, I'll be set with a place in the city. It would be a dream come true to finally make music for a living. Either way, I'm looking towards making a positive change
