In my quest to be healthier, I have been eating Low carb and low fat. Its kinda a strict diet but it does work! I am walking 1 mile on top of a regular workout at home 3-4 days a week. This is until i get a treadmill I then want to work on being a runner! Last night I ate what i guess you'd call a "pita taco" lol that sounds so dirty.
anyways, It was basically Pita bread (flax,oat bran and whole wheat is what the label says) with Ground turkey meat with taco seasoning, tomatos,spinach, red onion, and a tiny bit of salsa. It was pretty darn good! Of course all the real goodies were left out, the sour cream, cheese and refried beans! but thats okay, all in all it was good and i have some left over for lunch today!
Im looking forward to feeling better and getting into shape! ill try to post some more photos soon, of course they will be from the last few months ill post some new ones as soon as i find some time to "doll" myself up

besides you look great already! You have the booty i wish i had! im the average white chick with no booty! lol i got it all infront! i swear i should be toppling over forward so hopefully with working out ill get something goin on back there haha do you do any workouts for your booty or is it all natural?? ttyl hun
