the only way I know how to give someone space is to delete their number and all their screen names and email adresses because I always feel like there is something I can say to make things better. but I know I'm wrong...

and the only place where I always feel better is waffle house. everyone there is happy to see me, and interested in my mood/day.

I know it doesn't help, but I'm the same way. I always feel the need to fix things and sometimes we can't and it's one the worst feelings in the world. I hope things get better for you though.
