Personally, I dont' really care whether a person posts a photo per se, better to post something that displays your personality a bit (if you can't tell mines is a bit crude). Posts are color coded, grey for other members, purple for friends, pink for SG and Limbos (girls waiting for first sets to go up), green for admins/moderators, and black for Sean (spooky in the older posts). When I originally joined, the site was based out of Portland, however since then they may have moved (or may not have since it is the same time zone). No clue on your other two questions, i don't mess with animations, and well don't know Jenrose at all.
personally, right now, I respond to any random interesting post that I can immediately digest. Pictures or no pictures. It doesn't really peak my curiosity, as I generally hope guys don't meet me through SG anyway.
you can change your timezones, I thought. We are under oath not to release information about where SG is located.
