Have you seen any of Chris Morris' other shows? The Day Today, Brass Eye or Jam.

With each show he seemed to get more and more surreal. It sounds as though Nathan Barley will be a bit more mainstream - well, by his standards, at least!

The water thing didn't affect us, despite being in "our region". It seemed to just head west from where it started (if my geography is correct).
