Just got finished lifting weight again, my arms are dead so much. I tried to push myself out of the chair about an hour later and my arm just gave.
I ended up doing one nice face plant as I roll/fell out of the chair.
It's nice though, I am starting to get some definition in my biceps and when I do the sit-ups my lower back doesn't seem to bother me the next morning when I wake-up, unlike before.
So I'm definitely sticking with it and hope I get down some by my birthday and just get healthier in general.
So how was your weekend so far peeps, do anything fun yet?
