Ding Dong the Finals are dead!
Let's see, no D's this semester, Three C's, Eight B's, Ten A's and one F. Actually there were other F's but only because they stopped showing up and didn't bother filing for a W. I had one W too.
The F student had asked for mercy and a D. I couldn't do it. If she had worked harder and followed up on her promises of getting her work done I would have capitulated. After the second exam I offered to anyone that had gotten less than an 80 the ability to fix all of their drawings and receive an 80 on the exam. She had gotten a 55 on the exam and didn't even bother to attempt the problems. In fact, she left class before I gave my lecture/lab. WTF?
I'm in the midst of a party weekend. It was my last day at work yesterday. I'd be happier if I didn't have to go back and finish my project.
Next week I'll be getting rid of stuff left and right, packing, and cleaning my apartment. I was going to be doing this for the past 2 months, now I've got a week. Yeah!
