chroi:
Love that game!! ๐Ÿงก
howlite:
Congrats on the rennos it looks amazing! Until dawn is still on my bucket list to play. Maybe I'll be able to pick it up cheap with the sales on now!
ivythorne:
@howlite do itttt!! We watched a streamer play it when it first came out. Never thought I'd sit and binge watch someone else play through an entire game. It's fun to play with others too because you can make decisions together!
ivythorne:
@chroi it's such a great game!
ivythorne:
@radiance_ Thank you! Merry Xmas! ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„
ivythorne:
@missnickers You too! ๐ŸŽ…

@romany Such a fantastic game ๐Ÿคค
ivythorne:
@shrooq I've been on a whiskey bender! Usually drink Rum or tequila but they've been not great to me lately. Whiskey seems to mesh well!
ivythorne:
@metalfreak The best Christmas!
nerwen:
Wooow! I'm in love with your room, very cozy!<3
romany:
Everything was going great until near the end of Until Dawn, almost everyone died within like an hour ๐Ÿ˜ข I was so mad lol
ivythorne:
@Romany oh no! We lost Chris pretty instantly haha ๐Ÿ˜‚
ivythorne:
@nerwin Thank you! The kids are finally old enough to respect furniture a bit, so was nice to upgrade ๐Ÿ˜
emdx6043:
Very nice! What kind of renovation work did you do?
ivythorne:
@emdx6043 Pulled up carpet, linoleum, and parquet flooring on about 1500 sqft. Laid down flooring/molding on about 1000. Tiled one bathroom, both got paint and new vanities. One of the vanities was an exact fit into the smaller bathroom, so I had to make some creative molding cuts to make it fit and able to open correctly. Then the old plumbing on my house was a nightmare to attach! Ripped down a wall. Redecorated so had a bunch of new furniture that had to be moved, some assembly. Custom painted my kitchen cabinets/painted almost entire house. Rented a 12 yard dumpster and filled to the brim with Reno trash. All that's left is to make my built in desks/finish office and seal off a door I don't want. This was all me, not hired help ๐Ÿ˜
emdx6043:
@IVYTHORNE Wow, that's awesome! It can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but the feeling of accomplishment is what it's all about. When we moved into our first house I said that the only people who like wallpaper are the ones who have never had to rip it down...what a chore that was. Also, whoever decided to put "crapet" over our original oak hardwood was an idiot but now we're able to enjoy them. I've been putting off a bathroom and kitchen renovation for a while, too. The microwave/range hood I replaced may or may not have become airborne at one point. Also, a lady that is handy is super-sexy too, just sayin'.
10000yearsbc:
@ivythorne thatโ€™s great! ย I love renovating property. ย To me itโ€™s very cathartic, tearing out something old, or unattractive, or something that was done wrong, and replacing it. ย Iโ€™m about to remodel my house and rental cottage and completely change everything, room layouts, remove fireplaces, and a chimney that is in the wall, etc. ย Sounds like I need your help though! ย ๐Ÿ˜‰
ivythorne:
Sounds like you need a structural engineer ๐Ÿ˜‚ @10000yearsbc I'm guessing you have a good bit of Reno experience!
