maybe it's different for me because i'm a rather hermited oc native --
i love and appreciate that i can do just about anything commercial until midnight or later, and if that fails there's an array of beautiful and relaxing places i can go. namely, the orange circle, the edge of the world park, balboa pier, etc.

You are correct sir. It's certainly no down town LA, but it's got it's nooks and crannys just the same.
