uhhh...i dont get sick often at all now that im not a strict vegan, and if you had read that all those things happened when i was a child and were childhood diseases. echinacea should only be taken for 3 days at a time and never when you arent sick. but yeah things are getting better in the cold department. its not like im sickly. if you lived in massachussets with this fuckin stupid weather youd have a cold as well.
