I'm in a great mood today
First, and most importantly:
I have a kitty named Snickers and she is my baby. I've had her for about 7 years now, but for the past 9 months or so, I have had to keep her at other people's houses. First it was my friend Mary, who accidentally let her out like 3 times. Then, Mary's sister had to come stay with her. Mary's sister is highly allergic to cats, so after searching and searching, she ended up having to stay with my mom. My step-dad was NOT happy about this. And after about a week (or less) I get a call saying that she has gotten out again. We didn't find her for 4 days.
She is very attached to me and I know she has been pissed off that she's not with me. So after a while of asking my roommate and him thinking it over...he finally said I can bring her here! So, I will be leaving soon to go pick up my kitty and bring her home with me. I am so excited!
Also, I have gotten in touch with some friends over the past few days that I haven't seen in a long time. At least a year or so. Anyway, I got to see my good friend Brandon yesterday for lunch, which was lovely. I enjoy catching up with friends, and I had been very bummed that he and I had lost touch. We agreed to make lunches a more regular occurrence.
School is not going as well this semester, but considering all the stuff that has happened since the start of the quarter, I'm actually happy with my ability to at least stay afloat. I am still behind in some classes, but oh well. I'll get caught up with all my free time this weekend.
I think that is all the good news for the time being, so I'm going to go get ready to head to my mom's.
