Ummm...
The Pogues kicked Shane out and then after 2 mediocre albums they disbanded. So you're not gonna find any tour dates. He does however, tour with the Popes. He played in Detroit like a year and a half ago, but that's the last I've heard of him.
You should check out the Tossers if you haven't already. They're a great irish punk-folk band.
Bye!
Thanks for all the love and happy thoughts while I was all ehhbleah gloomy girl. I really appreciate it more than I can properly express. I'm usually so happy and shiny, and I don't like to whine, but I'm trying to track this sadness thing to see if I can get some sort of handle on it, so I write sad entries just to record them. I hope that I didn't put a harsh on your grooves.
Speaking of grooves, how was the show? I hope you danced and twirled and got down with your bad self. Yay for dancing!! It is one of my favorite things, especially if the band is got the perfect vibe or the dj slaps down some sweet beats. *look at my footies go - teehee!* I'm taking you up on that dancing offer, if I ever make it past the Mississippi River.
Have you heard back on your refinancing? I'm sending positive green abundant energies your way. ~~dootdootdoot~~
I am going to complete part 2 of the "great day" soon, so stay tuned!
rock, i agree. those who get so emersed in their depression that they cant even find hope in the smallest of things, i find myself refraining from being around.
hope you had fun at the show.
and i wish you were right and v-day really was over
gotta save up my strength for 80's night...
