Replace coffee with ckicken soup, amp up Vitamin C to like 1000 mg a day and Robatussin at night to dry up, (that what Doc told me on Tuesday, I had the same thing that turned into a full blown upper respiratory infection) Must be that time of year, everyone seems to be getting it.

i like the fact the weather cools off, i prefer jacket weather than hot, plus when i wear a jacket i have more pockets to put things like cell phones and my glasses case
