You know, I have been a member of the site for quite awhile, have talked to some pretty awesome people on here, and met some girls that just totally r0xx0r. I dig the place. All of it. The forums and groups and everything. I see people that have thousands of posts and journals and stuff, and god damn, that is a lot. I'd hate to be thought of as a "lurker" I guess it is called, but I just don't say anything, unless it is something that I think is worth or needs saying. I am a fairly reticent person most of the time. But, I do dig this place, I am gonna try and be more involved, update my journal that two people glance through and then move on, and post more and stuff. I'd like to become more active on here. I am a pretty funny dude, really. Unfortunately, it doesn't come through as well for me on here. Bleh, whatever. I am gonna go watch Dark Crystal, drink some tea, and finish my book, ooh yeah, I rock. Adios

I don't really see how there's anything "wrong" with being a lurker. I go through alternating periods of high interaction and lurking in the communities where I'm a member, *shrug*

Well, you certainly aren't as creepy as some of the people I've met around here, thats for damn sure. Mostly, I find, if you want comments in your journal, you have to do some serious journal surfing yourself. Which isn't really that hard...well, no, actually. for me, its too frickin' easy...I get sucked into reading these things for hours upon hours, which doesn't really work when you have to work 45 hrs a week and be a full time student and have a band. btw. did you ever finish THe Once and Future King? wink
