Yes! I can't wait to go to Vegas...have you been there? Apparently, around here, I am the only one I know who hasn't. My pregnant, newly married friend from high school lives out there, so I'm mainly going for the visit. It should be fun.
My weekend was alright; I basically just worked, like I normally do.

As far as the taking time off bit, I felt like I needed it. I was rushing to get out of my current school, just to transfer and be out at a reasonably young age (haha), but I was told by school I need to take three additional classes I didn't know I had to take, so that threw a monkey wrench in the plans. So now I'm in no rush. Time off will be good.
"Remember,Anthony, you're only here because the gypsies didn't want you." --that reminds me of my mother. Only she used to say, "I'm sick of babysitting you. When is your real mother coming back?"
Dirty roomies suck. You have got to put your foot down. If that doesn't work, tell her that she will have to chip in for a housekeeper because you cannot be the only person in the household making an effort to keep it clean. (Coughing up money makes people clean up, FAST. I'm a total messy person but I can't afford the $50 bucks a week for someone to clean up after me. It sucks but I do it myself!).
And by no means should you clean up her messes- she will just expect you to do it time and again if you do. The only thing you should do is, if she leaves more crap inthe common areas (and it's really, really bad) is take everything and dump it in the center of her bedroom.

Revival is located at 129 East 15th Street, between Irving Place and
3rd Ave. It is just a two block walk from the L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5 & 6
trains at Union Square.
Come as you are. Happy Hour drink specials are from 4pm to 8pm. We show
up as early as 5:30pm and there are usually at least a few of us who
don't leave until the bar closes at 4am.
