tofurky is vegetarian "turkey", made out of tofu, beans, and wheat gluten. I've been vegetarian for 8 years, and its a good source of lean protein. It doesn't really taste like turkey, just sort of chewy and salty. (http://www.tofurky.com/products/delislices.htm if you're curious).
