So my best girlfriend officially got engaged yesterday. Ring and all. So I took her for $10 margaritas and dinner. Even though I'm very financially strapped, and had to charge it all. I wanted to celebrate it right. I'm not gonna lie, it was rough being happy for her. But i did it and i did it well. Primarily because it would have been nice if one of my friends had done that for me when i got engaged. I know it would have meant a lot to me. At one point she acknowledged that she wasn't a very good friend to me when i told her i was engaged. Not that she wasn't happy, but she was jealous because she was still wating for her ring. The apology was nice, but it didn't make things easier. Because here she is all happy and engaged, and i'm not anymore. Today is a bad day.
