Tuesday night SurlyMike and I met up with the visiting Twinace for some yummy falafel and boozing. Twinace was in Seattle for work and was kind enough to buy us dinner! He claims to be "pure evil", but I have evidence suggesting otherwise! smile

Twinace is lucky enough to travel frequently for work, and he always takes his pal PSJ (pocket sized Jesus) along for the ride. My good friend and travel companion El Luchador Atlantis was thrilled to meet PSJ, here they share an intimate moment.

"Beer?! What was all that water into wine crap?"


Anyway, I believe a good time was had by all, and we're hoping to meet up with the evil genius and his PSJ the next time they are in Seattle!!!

I'm off to Denver today for the weekend, where SurlyMike and I will visit with some friends and properly check out Boulder this time.

I don't make them the "right" way... but I fry them at a super high temperature first... then bake them for 20 minutes in a watered down grade B maple syrup (with about 1/4 tsp. of sea salt mixed in) and theyr'e yummy! Tostones are much easier to make though...
