My resolution this year was to improve my running so I can run a marathon without ending up as a 6 hour torture session like the one I did last year. I finally started training last week and I am surprised how well I am doing. After only a week I am managing a 15km almost daily run and today I finished it in 1 hour 3o minutes. Not a super amazing time but before last week I hadn't done any exercise since the marathon in October since I wanted make 100% sure I had fully healed (or I'm just lazy). Now I am even considering running a marathon called The Legend this year. It's probably one of the toughest there is and was designed by Arthur Lydiard who used it to train seven Olympic medalists. They ran it almost everyday but I think I will just stick to once a year since I don't see myself being selected for the New Zealand Olympic team anytime soon.

good for you! it's amazing what can you do when you put your head in it and make a rutine out of working. Good luck and keep it up :D
