Mood: Relaxed Conspirator
Weather: 17C - Clear - Wind: SE at 11 km/h - Humidity: 55%
Eating: Just finished eating butter croissants with whipped cream
Drinking: Hot concentrated italian espresso
Wearing: Still in my pijama
Listening to: My LastFM Lalo Schifrin and similar artists radio station
Reading: F. Dostoevskij - Raw Youth
Wanting: A job as glamour fetish erotic illustrator / graphic novel artist
Future Endeavors: Getting my ENTIRE act together: become myself
Thought: "Don't ask what your country could do for you. Do your country" biggrin

Not many thoughts but a few that I'd like to pin down like butterflies:
I feel now like other times before the importance of irony,
the importance of taking oneself lightly, not too seriously,
especially when engaged in difficult tasks like... living.
Like great old master G.I. Gurdijeff used to teach,
all people can be categorized in 21 different types of idiots,
the 21st being the most accomplished soul,
almost god-like,
nevertheless, still an idiot smile
There is just too much that will be always beyond our comprehension,
no matter how much we think we have evolved
and hence the duty we have to remain ironic about our own selves,
to laugh at ourselves when everything we do seems to fail,
to avoid failing for real...

So, I want to become an accomplished artist.
So far, the last few years, I have been drawing mostly "in my head",
trying everything inside my mind, spoiling myself with the idea
that even though I seem to be slower than other artists now,
when I'll start acting, I'll have an edge that nothing else can give you.

There are other things I want to accomplish
but they are all a consequence of the first one
and compared to the desire of harnessing my creativity into something concrete,
everything else falls behind and gets second row placement.
I guess this is mainly why it has been so difficult to keep up with me,
for everyone who tried, regardless of how much or little will they put into the attempt.

Another good reason to stop wasting time.

The world out there is full of many interesting distractions
but they are not for the ones who already know what they want wink

Do not wait for me to accomplish all this anyway,
if you still want to hang out...
We can still have a drink, even though my work is never over smile
All these castles in my head are very important to me
but I do remember that, after all,
I'm just an idiot.
smile

Peace and freedom.
