if you haven't gotten a new phone yet, you might want to add insurance to your plan. When I broke my old one, the guys at the Nextel store told me to go home and change my plan to include insurance. two days later, I walked back into the store and got a new phone! it's only about $4 per month, and you can always take the insurance off later (I haven't because I'm about to need a phone again - I have a tendency to drop them down stone steps).

I had the same kind originally (the kind where you mail it in), but the guys at the store told me that there'a also another type of insurance, where you can get a refurbished one from the store. the second one is what I needed.
