Guy walks into an empty bar. Just him and the bartender. Guy gets his beer and the bartender goes into another room.

So the guy hears this really tiny voice in this empty room that says "Hey, you're a really cool dude!"

Guy looks around. Doesn't see anyone. Then he hears it again, really faint like before, "Hey, I like your sweater, man!"

Again, there's no one in the room and the guy is confused and a little bit scared. One more time, he hears it, "You are the smartest guy I know!".

So he's had enough and he calls in the bartender from the other room. He says "Bartender, what is that voice that keeps talking to me?"

Bartender says:
"Oh, that's the peanuts. They're complimentary."

My vote goes to Batman just because he's the most likely of the two becoming a real superhero. If you had someone rich enough, and armed with the right training and technology, then a Batman is a very likely career option.

On the other hand, if the question was a choice between Lex Luthor and the Joker, my vote would be with Luthor for the same reasons above.

Oh, and to answer your question...the better SUPER hero is superman..because Batman didn't have any super powers...he was just a regular guy with really fucking cool gadgetry. Of course, if you watched the MTV Movie awards spoof (Napoleon Dynamite was batman...) then Batman did have super powers - ninja powers, samurai sword powers...LOL!!
However, if you are asking who the cooler of the two is...DEFINITELY Batman, he's bad ass!!

Batman - he is conflicted; sometimes not rational; sometimes not entirely virtuous; he wears alot of black; and he gets way more ass than Superman ever would or could. I actually suspect Superman of being an asexual eunuch - that and he's a total goody-two-shoes.
