no, not really ER. we are open until midnight to handle er stuff, but that's only 8pm-12am. otherwise, we're GP until then.
i worked at an er while i was in chicago the past year, it's a lot of fun. but it sucked a bit too, i had the longest shift in the entire hospital...21 hours. and didn't get a break at all (probably because i was the only tech there). but i was allowed to sleep. thank god.
