I so agree, it is a parents reaction that teaches the child. When my son had his first seizure and my daughter saw it I had to assure her that he was ok and that he needed her to stay clam and help him. the same with scary movies or heavier music...

Hey! @hazzard :) I had to comment (and sorry if it's long!) because: 1. Your photos are awesome. Really, really, really freaking cool, and makes me definitely want to check out more of your stuff, and I hope everybody does, because you've got some awesomeness going on for sure!! 2. What you said about people judging your for the choices you make raising your daughter really resonated with me. If there's one thing I've learned the hard way since I had kids, it's that there will always be someone who sits in judgement on everything you choose to do with your kids, no matter how mundane, inconsequential, or completely none of their business it is, haha. So I just wanted to say, YOU clearly know your daughter best, and will always be the best judge of what is best for her, and what she is equipped to handle. You clearly are enjoying the blessings that you have, and treasuring your family, and that's what's most important. Good for you for having fun outside with your daughter, and like, seriously, what else matters? Anyone who has the nerve to be bothered can go suck an egg. ;)
