So, that update about the new girl will never come.
She had to go to out of state this weekend to work at a new store the company she works for had opened up since they were very light on staff for the holidays. She has a kinda old/bad car and I was worried about it making the trip, but she said that her and the other girl going down would be fine. When I didn't hear from her when she got in that night and after the shift she worked I was worried. Plus her phone wasn't ringing. I decided to get the number for the store she was at from her manager today and found that he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked him for the place she went to.
After I talked to her when she called me on her way back it turns out she was talking to a guy behind my back. She made up the whole thing to just go down and spend the weekend with him. The girl that needs help to pay her rent somehow got the extra cash to go travel to fuck some little druggy dipshit. Of course she is so sorry and will do anything to fix it, but it is done...
