That sucks. I ate when that happens when you're the one who's trying to help the patient. You're the one who's putting yourself out there and trying to make it so that the PT is as comfortable as possible but when you're are dealing with people who are mentally ill shit happens. It just sucks when the people around you don't see that.
I have to agree with Leib. When you said you'd been seeing a guy for ages; I fell under the impression that you were finally coming out.
Anyway, that poor girl is probably so disconnected from having to deal with a loony dad all the time that she forgets what is and isn't acceptable in Society. Don't be angry at her, it's not her fault. She probably gets kicked in the crotch by her own dad every day.
