not that i am in any position to tell you how to raise your kids as i do not have yet. but i know from watching others, and from dealing with my cats, take away the things they want to do and play with. no t.v. nothing. if they don't want to eat what you make, they don't eat. if they throw a tantrum, put them in their room and close the door. when they realize they are not getting what they want they will change their attitude. stay strong, your'e gonna need your strenght.
Aw luv, I wish I could offer some sort of helpful advice, but this type of thing is rather quite outside my perview of understanding. I can ask my sister about your 4 year old, as she works in a daycare and deals with lotsa little people like that, so she might have an idea.
My best advice is to stay stong, you can do it! And like Panthro says, don't do=don't get, don't want dinner=don't get dinner, tantrum=being somewhere where there is nothing fun for them to do for a time. Yeah, I dunno luv. But best of luck!

He could be acting out because he's stressed out by the baby too...maybe he's worried that another boy will take attention away from him? if you eat sushi from a reputable sushi chef, you should not have a worry, especially if it is a regular item in your diet. its not like japanese women forgo sushi when pregnant! but do keep an eye on what fishes, due to mercury. i was much more concerned with not drinking tap water anymore, because its all fluoridated around here. so we have a water bottle service now-even though we are poor-we consider it vital. and it tastes so fucking good. lol
