oooh, i like the name Ephraim! very cute! Then again...my future children are gonna have kinda whacked out names, so that may not be saying much I just don't want them going through what i did in school, being 1 of 10 kids with the same name in every class. That, and with crazy names i can ensure that my kids don't grow up to be cheerleaders or jocks. Or at least thats what i tell myself

I guess the only question with naming your son Ephraim is what you'll refer to him on a daily basis, or what he'll call himself, or what his peers will call him.

and I'm somewhere between non-traditional and super traditional names, as far as my personal preferences go. for example, some of my favorite girl names are Ishbell (after my great aunt) and Turtle. there will be a lot of weird names when our kids are older, so I don't think it's anything necessarily to worry about.
