oh stop. thats how people literally end up being skin and bones.
everyone has insecurities. i know i do. i can stretch my stomach out like 3-4 inches. yay for having a baby ruin your body. but i'm not gonna sit around and complain. i'm currently on a diet.

what i do is get those really simple little salads, whenever my family goes to fast food restaurants [ which is a lot ] and i use that spray dressing that has like 10 calories a spray or something? idk. and when i want a snack, i have plain yogurt with some sort of fresh fruit. usually kiwis, bananas, and strawberries. and just in general, i don't eat anything fried, or greasy.
not only do you feel better about yourself, you feel healthier. of course, i have no idea what you eat, so this could all be pointless. i just thought i'd add my two cents. and now i'm done. smile

mmmmmmmmmmmm. flavored cream cheese. i haven't had that in such a long time. yea, i understand what you mean. i guess i got tired of eating crap. i actually loooove salads. and vegetables and certain fruits. and i make some delicious fish [very lean, high protein] mmmm. smile
