Just saw your nipple bar comment on Btb4's blog and had to stop back by!! I FEEL your PAIN! I've done that very thing myself, and as a matter of fact that is the reason I switched back to nipple rings from nipple bars...I'd caught the end of the bar on one too many things and was tired of having them tear my nipple. I mostly just tried to make sure to take care of the nipple tear; keep it clean, antibiotic ointment, etc. I never took the bar out though, was always worried the hole would close otherwise!
