Glad you're feeling better. Having a satisfying routine is very important. I'm learning how easily good things can be taken for granted, and how much it hurts when they're taken away.

Spring may be here according to the calendar. Unfortunately, the temperature is in the 30's with strong winds that make it feel much colder.

I tend to post things when I'm at my lowest point. It seems to help me, so I put my baser thoughts and feelings out there for all to see. It's something that would have been totally foreign to me a year ago.

I've mellowed out some since posting my last blog. It's less likely that I'll be taking a break, even a short one. I'll admit it. SG has gone a long way in helping to maintain my sanity. That fact is a tribute to my wonderful friends here. It's probably also an indication that I'm disappointed in most of the people in my everyday life.
