to save on some $ i've been making my own paint. its like the best thing i've learned to do lately.

yea...digital stuff is pretty hot. And it's definitely where things are going in the future. but it can't give you the sexy surface you get with paint.

well, that is just strange, i searched it and she was married to motherwell, i dunno why i didnt know. i like his later paintings, a lot of them are stains. interesting.

i am currently going cross-eyed from staring at the computer screen. i have to do 8 type as image studies and 4 i cant do digitally so i am trying to do the digital stuff first because the by-hand things are funner. and my head hurts from writing proposals. well, not from writing them but thinking about concepts and shit like that. i am going to remain sitting here until tomorrow so i can hopefully at least do something for my birfday. whooo knows.

That reminds me of this gallery show I went to.
there where these really thickly painted, abstract oil paintings that must not have dried yet. and next to a couple of them there was paint smeared on the wall.

I guess people must have been touching the paintings, realizing they where wet, and then wiping it on the wall.

I hate when people touch my paintings to. they have a really reflective surface and every time you touch it, it leaves fingerprints.

I wanna' make you a mix CD, but alas I don't have any Eazy E or NWA. What other style bands do you like???
